刘玉芳196311生,博士,二级教授,中原学者,国务院政府特殊津贴获得者,beat365官方登录入口博士生导师,北京理工大学兼职教授,博士生导师。中国兵工学会光学专业委员会常务委员、中国仪器仪表学会光机电技术分会常务理事、中国物理学会原子与分子物理专业委员会委员,河南省光学学会副理事长,国家自然科学基金会议评审专家,河南省杰出青年、杰出人才计划获得者,河南省学术与技术带头人、河南省级重点学科光学工程学科带头人,北京市重点实验室“精密光电测试仪器及技术”学术委员会委员,中国科学院半导体所—濮阳光电技术研究院光电技术联合实验室学术委员会委员,《光学技术》编委、《激光杂志》编委。
